Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff ‘have no plans to reconcile’ as he takes step to move on
Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff’s split appears to be entering a new chapter.
The actress was spotted filming scenes for her upcoming movie, “Possession,” in Jersey City on Wednesday while DeuxMoi spotted the music producer — who appeared to ditch his wedding ring — in Brooklyn Heights with his sister.
“Jack and Margaret have no plans to reconcile,” a source exclusively told Page Six. “Although they are done for good, they are still communicating and being respectful of one another.”
Days after news broke of the pair’s split, a source exclusively told Page Six, “Jack and Margaret are handling this separation in the best way that they can, and that’s with love and kindness.”
“They’re figuring this all out together,” the insider added, noting that the “rumors” floating about an alleged infidelity “aren’t true.”
“For what it’s worth, they’ve had a beautiful and loving relationship. Sometimes, these things just don’t work, and it doesn’t need to be for any dramatic reason.”
The singer and the actress — who tied the knot in August 2023 — first sparked split rumors when Antonoff attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding without her on July 3.
Antonoff was spotted attending the couple’s rehearsal dinner on July 2 with his sister, Rachel. She also accompanied him to the star-studded nuptials the following day.
The music producer had his ring on for the wedding festivities, but took it off for his latest sighting in Brooklyn Heights.
Amid rumors that “The Nice Guys” actress was too busy filming her next movie to attend the wedding, a source told TMZ she had wrapped filming “King Snake” in June and is not set to start her next project, “Possession,” until much later.
At the time, Page Six obtained photos of the music producer entering the wedding festivities with his hands in his pockets, so it was unclear whether he was wearing his wedding band.
However, Antonoff was seen on Wednesday, at the same time news broke of their split, still wearing his ring.
Meanwhile, in April, Qualley changed her Instagram handle from @isimostar, which references her now-estranged husband’s song “Isimo,” to @sarahmargaretqualley23.
Fans also noticed Bleachers had removed the song “Margaret” from their “Bleachers Forever” tour setlist.
The last time the band performed the song, which is inspired by the actress, was during their June 13 show, per Setlist.fm.
And on Wednesday morning, other eagle-eyed fans noticed the “Maid” actress had deleted their wedding photos and wiped all traces of her husband from her Instagram account.
The only image Qualley left of Antonoff is one she posted of them laughing together last February.
However, they still follow each other on the social media platform.
The musician and the “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood” star were last publicly spotted together at the Grammys in February.
