Meet athlete’s five children and fiancée Georgina Rodríguez
We’re kicking it to Cristiano Ronaldo’s life off the field.
The decorated soccer player is raising his five kids alongside fiancée Georgina Rodriguez, telling Hello!, via The New York Post, in 2018, “Becoming a parent and raising my family is honestly the greatest privilege I’ve had.”
Ronaldo and Rodriguez are parents to twins, Eva Maria and Mateo, and daughters, Alana and Bella. The duo lost Bella’s twin brother at birth.
The Portuguese player also has a son, Cristiano Jr., from a previous relationship.
The couple often shares glimpses of their family life on social media, including their engagement after eight years together in August 2025.

Georgina Rodriguez
The professional footballer and model first met in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid where the latter worked as a sales assistant.
“I felt something inside that can’t be explained, as if we had known each other all our lives,” she told Vogue Arabia in May 2025, saying that when the two “held hands for the first time” there was “inexplicable peace and energy.”
“When people are in love like we are, they know what that strong connection is. That spark we had since we met has also grown and matured over time,” she added.
Ronaldo confessed in the Netflix series “I Am Georgina” that he didn’t expect to hit it off so quickly.
“But after a while I felt that she was the woman of my life,” he added.
Rodriguez couldn’t be happier, calling her other half “great” and “a very normal guy.”
“I dreamed of having a Prince Charming by my side and now I have him,” she gushed.
The pair got engaged in August 2025, with Rodriguez showing off her massive sparkler in an Instagram post at the time.
Along with modeling, Rodriguez is an influencer, boasting more than 73 million Instagram followers.
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.
Ronaldo’s oldest son, Cristiano, was born on June 17, 2010.
The soccer champ has kept the identity of his eldest child’s mom under wraps.
Ronaldo posted on X at the time of his son’s birth, “It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become father to a baby boy. As agreed with the baby’s mother, who prefers to have her identity kept confidential, my son will be under my exclusive guardianship.”
In 2015, while on “The Jonathan Ross Show,” he said that some parts of his life “are private,” which people have to respect.
“When Cristiano is going to grow up, I am always going to say the truth to him because he deserves it, because he is my son. But I am not going to say [it just] because people want me to say.”
Now a teen, Cristiano Jr. is following in his dad’s footsteps by playing soccer and training at youth clubs.
In May 2025, Ronaldo shared that Cristiano was playing in a tournament in Croatia on Portugal’s youth squad, gushing on his Instagram Story at the time, “Proud of you, son!”
Eva Maria and Mateo Ronaldo
Ronaldo welcomed his first two children together via surrogate in June 2017.
He shared the news on Facebook at the time, writing, “So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life 🙏❤.”
Over the years, Ronaldo has shown off glimpses of the twins’ lives, including birthday parties, holidays and family vacations.
“My babies Eva and Mateo are celebrating their first birthday today!” he captioned a celebratory Instagram pic in 2018. “Congratulations, my dear children!”
Rodriguez soon became a mother to Ronaldo’s three kids, gushing to Vogue Mexico in 2024, “Being a mother is the best thing that’s ever happened to me and my absolute priority. Every moment I spend with my family is when I’m happiest and most realized.”
Alana Martina
Just weeks after the birth of Eva and Mateo, Ronaldo revealed that he and Rodriguez were expecting a child together.
The duo welcomed their first baby together, Alana, on Nov. 12, 2017.
In 2022’s “I Am Georgina,” Alana had an hilarious on-camera answer when asked what she wanted to be when she grew up.
“Nothing,” she replied in Spanish. “Nothing. I wanna stay at home and be at peace.”
Her dad laughed before predicting that his daughter would most likely go the theatrical route.
Bella and twin brother Ángel
In October 2021, Ronaldo and Rodriguez revealed they were expecting twins alongside a shot of themselves with ultrasound pictures.
However, in April 2022, the dad of five announced the devastating news that one of his twin babies died during childbirth.
“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel,” Ronaldo and Rodríguez announced in a joint statement via social media at the time.
“Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness,” they continued, confirming that Bella survived.
In November 2022, Ronaldo shared how he told his older children that Bella survived while her twin brother, Ángel, had passed.
Ronaldo told Piers Morgan during a sit-down that the kids asked where the other baby was.
“After one week, I say, ‘Let’s be upfront, and let’s be honest with the kids, let’s say that, Ángel, which is his name, he [went] to heaven,’” Ronaldo recounted.
The athlete said he and his family talk about Ángel every day.
“The kids understand, we had shouts around the table and they say ‘Daddy, I did this for Ángel’ and they point to the sky. Which I like the most because he’s part of their lives. I am not gonna lie to my kids, I say the truth, which was a difficult process.”
