Meghan McCain bulldozes ‘s–tty’ ‘View’ co-hosts over ‘undisciplined’ JD Vance interview

Meghan McCain shared her scathing view on her former co-hosts’ Tuesday interview with Vice President JD Vance.

“My biggest takeaway from Vance on ‘The View’ is honestly how s–tty and undisciplined the hosts STILL ARE,” McCain wrote via X of her ex-colleagues.

“After all these years they still get basics facts wrong, flub easy questions and can’t get through a segment without yelling at each other,” her tweet continued.

Reps for the “View” co-hosts have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

McCain, 41, praised the politician on social media for handling the contentious interview “very well.”

Vance, notably, sat down with Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Sunni Hostin, Ana Navarro, Joy Behar and Alyssa Farrah Griffin on Tuesday to promote his new “Communion” book.

As the 41-year-old was grilled on inflation, the Epstein files and more, Goldberg became vocally frustrated with her co-hosts — and specifically called out Navarro.

“Ana, God! Please!” the “Second Act” star, 70, exclaimed after Navarro, 54, refused to halt her line of questioning when Goldberg pushed for a break.

Before the show cut to commercial, she tacked on, “Don’t do that!”

Goldberg reprimanded Behar as well earlier in the sitdown, attempting stop the 83-year-old from asking Vance a follow-up question.

Behar, looking visibly annoyed with Goldberg, raised her hand and continued speaking.

After the episode wrapped, Vance revealed the “way better compliment” than he expected from Behar — that he’s “pretty good for a Republican.”

He told “Gutfeld!” listeners, “I expected them to be absolutely vicious, and they were only a little bit vicious. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.”

He was “skeptical” ahead of filming, telling Fox News Digital, “It may be the optimist in me, but I just fundamentally think that most people — not everybody, but most people — even if I disagree with them, you ought to try to have a conversation with them. … I hope they meet me halfway.”

McCain promised her “Citizen McCain” listeners on Tuesday that she will break down the interview further on her podcast.

She co-hosted the talk show from 2017 to 2021 and claimed, upon her exit, that she had been “miserable” on the “vicious” set.

In December 2023, she savagely dubbed her former co-hosts “crazy old people.”
