Megyn Kelly slammed “narcissistic bully” Blake Lively for subpoenaing her in the actress’ lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director, Justin Baldoni.

Lively has subpoenaed dozens of reporters, media personalities and content creators under the impression that they colluded with Baldoni and his team to orchestrate an alleged smear campaign against her.

“Because Blake Lively was unable to fathom that yours truly had developed a genuine revoltion toward her on my own, she posited that I must have been ensnared in Baldoni’s alleged ongoing smear campaign against her,” the former Fox News correspondent said on her SiriusXM “Megyn Kelly Show” Thursday.

“That his attorney [Bryan Freedman], who happens also to be my own from well before his representation of Baldoni, must be controlling our coverage.”

Kelly, 54, also scoffed at Lively’s suggestion that Baldoni and/or Freedman “paid” her for her “anti-Blake coverage.”

“This is how narcissistic this woman is. She actually thinks I needed to get paid by Baldoni’s team to say negative things about her,” the political commentator said.

“Newsflash, Blake: I came to those conclusions totally organically. Don’t give away your power, sweetheart. It was you! It was all you who made me unable to stand you. No man had anything to do with it.”

Kelly went on to reveal that she and her team “fought” Lively’s subpoena “and won,” noting that the “Gossip Girl” star has now “backed down.”

Kelly added proudly that she and her team gave Lively “absolutely nothing: not one document, not one record, not one communication,” emphasizing that “in no world” would she “ever, ever allow” their internal communications or those with their sources “to be turned over to a third party — and certainly not to this nitwit.”

She cited the First Amendment’s protection of freedom of the press, arguing that Lively “has zero right to nose around” in how Kelly gathers news or prepares for any show she does.

“Access to our actual communications? It’s a no. You cannot have them,” she stated firmly. “I am a member of the press. You are a sad, pathetic, untalented, narcissistic bully! And I will never back down to the likes of Blake Lively. Never.”

While Kelly was “in the fortunate position of being able to hire a lawyer to tell Lively to pound sand,” she acknowledged that “most of the people she’s harassing do not have those resources, and she knows it.”

In fact, Perez Hilton, who was also subpoenaed, recently told Page Six that he had no choice but to represent himself in the matter.

Lively, 38, is suing Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation. Not only has be denied the allegations, but he also countersued her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion. However, his lawsuit was tossed out over what Hilton described as “technicalities.”

Lively and Baldoni, 41, are expected to testify when her case is tried in March 2026.
