Melissa Gorga, Salley Carson and more get flirty at VRT’s ‘Flirt-Tea in NYC’ event
Reality TV’s buzziest names turned up the charm high above New York City last Thursday when Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosted its exclusive “Flir-Tea in NYC” Valentine’s celebration.
Sponsored by Kahlúa and held in partnership with SERHANT. agent Nile Lundgren, the cocktail soirée took place inside his jaw-dropping $27 million listing at 157 W 57th Street in the iconic One57 — the first supertall tower built on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown Manhattan.
Perched on the 53rd floor and boasting roughly 5,500 square feet, five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, the sprawling residence delivered panoramic views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline.
Guests sipped espresso martinis all night long while mingling in the sleek, modern aerie that quite literally took the party to new heights.
“We’re on the 53rd floor facing Central Park, 360-views everywhere. It hits you different up here,” SERHANT. agent and “Owning Manhattan” star Jordan March told “VRT” co-hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy, summing up the mood of the evening.
The Valentine’s-themed bash drew a fashionable crowd of Bravolebrities and reality favorites, including “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga, “Southern Charm” star Salley Carson and “Summer House” alum and model Lexi Wood.
Also in attendance were “Vanderpump Rules” alum and celebrity astrologist Ally Lewber, “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” alum, model and DJ Jordan Emanuel, “Southern Hospitality” star Bradley Carter and “Members Only: Palm Beach” star Taja Abitol.
Naturally, the espresso martinis — courtesy of Kahlúa — were the talk of the night.
“Any time is espresso martini time. Any time of the day, any time of the night. We love espresso martinis,” Wood raved. Carson agreed, adding, “I do like espresso martinis. I would say [the best time to have them is] at happy hour because then you’re getting your energy for the night.”

Carson was equally wowed by the luxe listing itself. “I wish I had $28 million so I could afford this. One day! One day I will buy this place,” she said with a laugh, manifesting her own Billionaires’ Row moment.
The elevated ambiance wasn’t lost on guests. “Up high and the vibes are higher,” Emanuel quipped, perfectly capturing the flirtatious, celebratory spirit of the evening.
Partygoers also indulged in gourmet bites by Chef Riccardo Orfino, the talent behind Osteria 57 and Alice. Passed hors d’oeuvres included decadent cacio e pepe bombolinis and truffle honey ricotta toast, pairing seamlessly with the steady flow of cocktails.
Additional SERHANT. agents and “Owning Manhattan” stars March, Peter Zaitzeff, Genesis Suero and Jeffrey St. Arromand mixed and mingled throughout the night, adding real estate glamour to the Bravo-heavy guest list.
With sweeping skyline views, flowing espresso martinis and a guest list stacked with reality TV standouts, “Virtual Reali-Tea’s” “Flir-Tea in NYC” proved to be the ultimate high-rise toast to love — and luxury — just in time for Valentine’s Day.
