New Diddy Sexual Assault Allegations Are Under Investigation by L.A. County Sheriff’s Department
Sean “Diddy” Combs is under investigation for new sexual assault claims in Los Angeles.
According to ABC News, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received a report about Diddy, 56, on Friday, November 14. The report came from the Largo Police Department in Florida, where the alleged victim lives.
In the report, which was originally made in September and viewed by Us Weekly, a male music producer claimed Diddy sexually assaulted him. During one alleged incident in February 2020, the producer claimed that Diddy pleasured himself in front of him and then asked him to “finish him off.” He said he didn’t respond because he was in shock, further claiming that Diddy then threw a semen-stained shirt toward him.
During a second alleged incident in March 2021, C.J. Wallace — the son of the late Notorious B.I.G. — took the music producer to a location where two other men put an item over his head. At that point, Diddy allegedly entered the room and forced his penis into the producer’s mouth several times.
Wallace, 29, filed a lawsuit against the accuser on Wednesday, November 12, denying his “wildly false and defamatory allegations” and calling them part of a “calculated smear campaign” meant to damage his personal and professional reputation.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the new allegations against Diddy. Per ABC, the Largo Police Department, which took the initial report, will not be independently investigating the claims after asking L.A. for assistance.
In a statement to Us, Diddy’s attorney Jonathan Davis denied the latest allegations.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,” Davis said. “Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence after he was found guilty earlier this year on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. The Grammy winner was arrested in September 2024 and charged with transportation as well as racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied all the allegations against him.
In July, a jury found Diddy guilty of the transportation charges but acquitted him of trafficking and racketeering. Three months later, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced him to 50 months in prison with five years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay a $500,000 fine.
Diddy was transferred to New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix on October 30. He had previously been incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since his 2024 arrest. The time he spent at MDC Brooklyn will count toward his 50-month sentence.
The Bureau of Prisons website initially showed that Diddy’s release date was set for May 8, 2028, but the date later changed to June 4, 2028. The swap came after reports that Diddy was caught drinking in prison. His rep, however, denied the allegations.
“The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false,” read a November 7 statement shared via social media. “His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family.”
A separate spokesperson for Diddy told People that the disgraced music mogul has “not violated any prison rules.”
“His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities, and he is taking them seriously,” the rep said. “This is only his first week at FCI Fort Dix, and unfortunately, rumors will surface throughout his time there. We ask the public and the press to give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth and the grace to move forward in peace.”
