‘Noticeable tension’ between Alix Earle, stepmom Ashley Dupré after Cheryl Burke diss

Tensions are boiling over between Alix Earle and stepmom Ashley Dupré after the latter publicly dissed “Dancing With the Stars” guest judge Cheryl Burke.

“The Earles keep family issues private, but lately there has been noticeable tension between Alix and her stepmom Ashley,” an insider alleged to the Daily Mail on Friday.

“Ashley likes attention just as much as Alix, so she’ll say and post whatever she wants without thinking about the repercussions,” the source continued.

The insider claimed Dupré, 40, “smack talking” Burke, 41, last month — by telling her to “take more Ozempic” in a heated Instagram Story — was a “scenario where she crossed the line.”

“Alix would have talked to her stepmom about it immediately and told her what she did was wrong,” the source said.

The individual noted that Dupré must not have been “thrilled” to post an apology over her antics last week — but that she did it for Earle, 24.

“She loves Alix and would not want to get on her bad side,” the source insisted.

The content creator, 24, is allegedly working tirelessly to uphold public perception of her family.

“Alix has been pulling the weight … when it comes to maintaining a good reputation,” the insider claimed, noting her stepmom’s “known history of breaking up marriages and being an escort.”

The former call girl gained fame for her role in Eliot Spitzer’s 2008 prostitution scandal, which led to his resignation as Governor of New York.

In 2013, Dupré married Earle’s dad, Thomas Earle, after he allegedly had an affair with the former escort during his marriage to the influencer’s mom, Alisa Maniaci.

“The fact that Ashley would make mean comments about a famous person really just shows she hasn’t changed and just wants attention,” the insider concluded. “People who know her don’t take her seriously half the time.”

Last month, Dupré – who shares three children with her husband — shaded Burke’s appearance after the dancer gave Earle a lower score on her “Halloween Night” tango routine with partner Val Chmerkovskiy than the other judges..

Dupré posted a live TikTok reaction video of the “f—ing amazing” dance before hitting out at Burke.

After some social media users called out her nasty words, Dupré defended herself, saying, “She looks weird. She doesn’t even look like that.” (Burke previously denied using Ozempic or being sick after her body transformation sparked speculation.)

Dupré ultimately posted an apology video, calling her comments toward Burke “insensitive.”

“In the heat of the competition, my step-motherly instincts got the better of me,” she explained. “Never ever do I ever want to make another person feel bad. In fact, I try to do the opposite.

” always try to pick others up,” she added. “If you follow me, you know that — I hope — and that’s how we raise our children. I’m sorry that my actions did not reflect that.”

Earle’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
