Offset doesn’t want any drama with his estranged wife, Cardi B.

The 33-year-old Migos alum’s latest album Kiari was released in August, and Cardi’s new album Am I the Drama? comes out on Friday, Sept. 12 — but there’s no competition between them, he told TMZ on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

Asked if their kids — daughter Kulture Kiari, 7, son Wave Set, 4, and daughter Blossom Belle, who just turned 1 — could have two parents up for Album of the Year at the 2026 Grammys, Offset told the outlet, “For sure.”

But the “Bodies” rapper insisted they’d “never” go up against each other in competition. “No, no, no,” he said. “I just want all peace, man, for us to win, everybody gotta win. We got kids to take care of, we got to catch the dubs.”

Offset also said he’ll “for sure” support Am I the Drama? upon its release. “That s— hard,” he said. “She’s gonna do her big one, too.”

The couple initially got together in early 2017, and they quietly tied the knot in September of the same year. However, their relationship was quite on and off.

Cardi, 32, first filed for divorce in September 2020, but they later reconciled. She then confirmed another split in December 2023 and filed for divorce a second time in July 2024.

Earlier this month, the “Up” rapper spoke to Billboard and gave a blunt response when asked whether she “envision[ed] a lasting friendship with him” after their 2024 split.

“I tried,” she responded. “Next question.”

Since June, Cardi’s been openly dating NFL player Stefon Diggs. In the Billboard interview, she opened up about entering a new relationship in the public eye post-split.

“It was very tough, but it is what it is. It’s tough hiding. It’s tough dating in your 30s, too, but I like him. I love him, today,” she said. “I was always scared of dating people [because] I’ve always been in a long relationship since I was like 21.”
