OnlyFans’ Lily Phillips — Known for Goal to Sleep With 1,000 Men — Says She’s Pregnant With 1st Baby

OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips is pregnant with her first baby.

“The secret is out💗💙,” Phillips, 23, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, February 18. “Baby Phillips 2025.”

Alongside her announcement, Phillips uploaded a photo with her growing baby bump on display. The influencer cradled her belly in a beige one-piece. In a second image, she posted a pic of a pair of positive pregnancy tests.

Phillips has not publicly revealed the baby’s sex, her due date or father’s identity.

Phillips is known for her OnlyFans content, including a series where she’s slept with 1,000 men in a single day.

“I want to be the first person to be with 1,000 guys in one day,” she told The Daily Mail in December 2024. “I’m quite excited. Obviously, it’s stressful with all the logistics and things, but it’s not daunting.”

She previously slept with 100 men in a single day.

“It’s not for the weak. If I’m honest, it was hard,” Phillips said in a 2024 YouTube documentary. “I don’t know if I’d recommend it. Just one in and one out, it feels intense. I’d have to stop them early and you’d have to stand on business [and say,] ‘I’m so sorry you got to go’ and the awkward interaction of you feeling pressure to [satisfy them].”

Phillips, who prides herself on being sex-positive, has previously been candid about one day becoming a parent.

“I would want children, but definitely later down the line,” she said on “The Shizzio Show” podcast last month. “I know with that comes a lot of backlash. I understand that. … I think when I started doing [OnlyFans], I didn’t want kids at the time, and so, it wasn’t a problem to me ‘cause I thought through all this.”

She added, “I knew if I started this I wouldn’t be able to get a normal job and it would affect my family’s life and my kids’ life and stuff like that. I think over the past year or two, I’ve started to get a little bit more broody and want kids.”

Phillips further stressed that she’s not worried about her future children learning about her OnlyFans career.

“The thing is you can’t live for a future that hasn’t even happened yet,” she said during the January podcast episode. “You don’t know what’s going to happen in the future, so I’m not going to put my unborn child before my own needs. I do get that my own kids will be scrutinized so much and … I’d like to think I’d do as much to protect my kids as possible.”
