Porsha Williams broke her silence after the FBI confirmed it was looking into an incident involving The Real Housewives of Atlanta star on an airplane.

Williams’ lawyer, Joe Habachy, released a statement on Tuesday, November 18, addressing the incident, which took place aboard a Delta flight traveling from Las Vegas (where Williams was for BravoCon) to Atlanta.

Habachy told Us Weekly, “Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses.”

“As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred,” Habachy said. “Ms. Williams has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.”

Porsha Williams’ ex-husband Simon Guobadia revealed he is seeking a massive six-figure sum in damages from The Real Housewives of Atlanta star as part of his federal lawsuit against her, Us Weekly can exclusively report. According to court documents obtained by Us, Guobadia, 61, told the court he will be seeking $500,000 for lost business […]

The Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia denied Guobadia’s application for a discretionary appeal. Specifically, he argued Williams told him she would not be returning to reality television, which she did. (Williams starred on RHOA from season 5 to season 13. She returned in season 16 and reportedly recently wrapped season 17.)

The higher court was not persuaded by Guobadia’s claim that Williams made misrepresentations during their prenup negotiations.

The order read, “The Court finds that [Williams] has been a reality TV celebrity for years, which was well known to Husband at the time of negotiating the Prenuptial Agreement, and [Guobadia] nevertheless married Wife with this knowledge.”

As a result, the prenup was enforced in the divorce. Williams was awarded the $7 million home they shared, $40,000 per month in spousal support for 14 months and 50 percent equity in the mansion, which she had the right to buy or sell. Her ex also had to pay her $224,000 in legal fees.

Williams filed for divorce from Guobadia in 2024 after 15 months of marriage. As Us first reported, Guobadia was deported to Nigeria in June due to immigration issues.
