Post Malone Suffers Onstage Fall While Attempting to Toast Fan Mid-Concert

NEED TO KNOW
- Post Malone suffered a fall onstage while trying to toast a fan during his concert
- A piece of the stage gave way as the musician leaned forward during his Glendale stop on the Big Ass Stadium Tour
- Malone was hospitalized in 2022 following a fall during a concert in St. Louis and had to postpone his Boston show as a result
Post Malone is falling for his fans.
In a fan TikTok shared on Sunday, June 22, the “Circles” singer walked up the stage’s catwalk performing his and Blake Shelton’s song “Somebody Pour Me a Drink” during his State Farm Stadium concert in Glendale, Ariz.
However, when he approaches the fan recording the clip and attempts to toast them, Malone, 29, falls forward as a piece of the stage gives way and over he goes. “I am SO sorry Austin. I love you! Such an amazing show ❤️,” the fan captioned the video, tagging the artist.
Fans flooded the comments section of the video, hoping that Malone was all right after the misstep and fall. Despite the nasty spill, Malone’s tour seemingly continued without a hitch, carrying on as scheduled.
This isn’t the first time the “Sunflower” singer took a tumble onstage. In September 2022, Malone fell through a trap door and appeared to hit his chest during his Twelve Carat Tour stop in St. Louis, Mo. He carried on the performance.
Following the spill, his manager revealed via Instagram that he suffered bruised ribs from the incident.

He updated his fans in a video on X after leaving the hospital after falling through “a big ass hole” onstage. “Everything’s good. They gave me some pain meds and everything, so we can keep kicking ass on the tour.”
He also told the St. Louis fans that he would do a make-up concert for the songs that they didn’t get to perform. “Thank you guys for your support and thank you for your love. And thanks for hanging around even though I got my ass kicked by myself.”
Days later, Malone postponed his Boston show, still in significant pain. He told fans that he woke up and felt “a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move” and was experiencing difficulty breathing.
That October, Malone twisted his ankle in one of the holes on his stage during his Atlanta concert. A fan video showed him twisting it and then attempting to shake it off while performing.
“There’s little holes in the middle of the stage where fire comes out of, which is pretty f—ing badass, but I just twisted up my ankle a little bit on that hole there,” he said in one clip taken during the concert.
“So if my dance moves aren’t 100%, you’ve gotta forgive me tonight, ladies and gentlemen. I’mma do my best.”
Malone is currently wrapping up his Big Ass Stadium Tour with Jelly Roll.
The musicians, who collaborated on the song “Losers” for Malone’s F-1 Trillion album, began their trek in late April in Salt Lake City and have made stops in Philadelphia, New York, Las Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta and Toronto, among other cities.
