Rachel Brosnahan’s husband ‘likes’ strange comment about the actress and her ‘Superman’ co-star David Corenswet

Rachel Brosnahan’s husband, Jason Ralph, gave an unexpected “like” to a brutal fan comment calling him a “cuckold.”

In screenshots circulating on social media, the “Magicians” actor “liked” a shady comment on one of his Instagram posts that insulted him in regards to Brosnahan’s chemistry with her “Superman” co-star David Corenswet.

“It’s genuinely sad to see your career being tucked out to be remembered as a cuckold because your wife couldn’t handle herself with her co-actor,” the comment reads.

“Like bro.. let’s have some self love and stand up for yourself man, leave her to be with him if she wants that much at the end of the day,” the comment continued.

Reps for Ralph and Brosnahan didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The actor, 39, has since turned off comments on his Instagram posts, but some have speculated that he was simply trolling with his reaction.

“This seems like a sarcastic like to me,” one user on Reddit commented.

“I mean for all know both he and his wife thought the comment was funny. Lol,” another comment reads.

Another user noted, “Ya’ll are doing too much with the marriage counseling advice. Jason had a troll in his comments, and he liked the comment sarcastically. Relax.”

One user shaded the person who called Ralph a cuckold, which is defined as the husband of an adulterous wife.

“Cuckold? what is this, the 19th century? Actors act. Having chemistry with your costar is kind of part of the package, no?” the comment reads.

Brosnahan, 35, and Corenswet, 32, played love interests in “Superman,” with her playing Lois Lane opposite Corenswet’s Superman.

Their chemistry both on-screen and off-screen in interviews has had people talking on social media, despite the two both being married.

In an Entertainment Weekly TikTok video of the two doing an intimate breathing exercise together, one comment reads, “They’re both married to strong soldiers.”

“And suddenly id be at the courthouse signing the divorce papers and then back at the courthouse getting a marriage license,” another comment reads.

Corenswet married his wife, Julia Best Warner, in March 2023 and they share a 1-year-old daughter.

Brosnahan and Ralph have been married since 2016, and are extremely private about their relationship.
