RHOM stars Alexia Nepola and Kiki Barth help fainting man

These “Real Housewives” make house calls!

A source tells Page Six that “Real Housewives of Miami” stars Alexia Nepola and Kiki Barth sprang into action at the 30th annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball when a guest at the fancy black-tie fete fainted. 

“They snapped into mother bear mode,” says a spy. “They turned into Florence Nightingale. They got him some orange juice, put some cold compresses on his back and his head and helped nurse him back.” 

Another source explained that the man actually fainted twice. 

“After resting a little bit they got him back up and he fainted again so they ended up calling the ambulance,” says the source.

Thankfully, we hear the guest — a husband of a friend of the women — was given a clean bill of health and is OK!

We’re told Nepola knew what to do since her son, Frankie, was involved in a car accident in 2011 at the age of 13, leaving him with a traumatic brain injury, and that he has fainted in the past.

Marc Anthony performed at the event in front of a crowd that included fashion designer Naeem Khan and fiancé Madlena Kalinova, celebrity party planner Colin Cowie and CAA exec Jae Goodman. 

Bravo star Larsa Pippen was also seen at the gala with a spy telling us she was “packing on the PDA” with her basketball player boyfriend Jeff Coby. 

Fellow cast members of the show, Julia Lemigova, Adriana de Moura and Guerdy Abraira, were also at the starry soiree that raised $3 million.
