‘RHONJ’ star Teresa Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter, Milania, arrested for assault

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s daughter, Milania, was arrested for domestic violence, Page Six can confirm.

The 20-year-old college student was accused of “causing bodily injury” and “simple assault” on May 14, according to court documents.

The Montville Township Police Department detained Milania after the incident occurred around 6:12 p.m.

Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, though the outcome of the session is unknown. The US Sun was the first to report the news.

A rep for the Giudice family wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Teresa, 54, shares Milania with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, along with daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, and Audriana, 16.

The exes were married from 1999 to 2020, and the Bravo star remarried to Luis Ruelas in 2022.

Milania has remained active on social media since the alleged incident, and she shared a TikTok the day of her arrest.

In a video of herself wearing sweat pants and a letterman’s jacket, she set it to a TikTok audio of a female voice saying, “You are a diva. A young, beautiful diva.”

A few days later, she wished her mom a happy birthday.

“happy birthday to my favorite person in the world!!!!” she wrote via Instagram on May 18, alongside photos with the Bravo star. “YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOMMY🩷🩷.”

Additionally, the University of Tampa student celebrated her sophomore year formal on May 26, and the completion of the school year earlier this week.

Milania has remained care-free, as she’s also been spending her days enjoying a tropical vacation in an undisclosed location.

“never coming back🌴,” she captioned sultry bikini snaps.

Milania has previously been involved with the law in the past, including in May 2024, when she got into a car crash.

At the time, she and another car collided, damaging her Mercedes-Benz convertible.

According to TMZ, both parties argued about who was at fault, but officers sided with Milania, stating that the crash occurred because of the other driver’s “inattention and failing to yield to the right of way.”
