Rob Gronkowski Gives Dating Advice to Tom Brady Amid Alix Earle Rumors: ‘On a Hot Streak Right Now’

Rob Gronkowski has some dating advice for Tom Brady and, surprisingly, it seems pretty sound.

Gronkowski, 36, shared his thoughts on his ex-teammate’s love life while speaking to Page Six as rumors swirl around Brady’s relationship with influencer Alix Earle.

“Just follow your heart, Tom,” Gronkowski said in an interview published Wednesday, April 15. “You know, wherever your heart is leading you, wherever your gut instinct is leading you. Just follow that heart, Tom.”

He added, “Just like he has with the game of football, treat the game of football … like how you treat dating and you’ll be very successful. Like, a No. 1 of all time.”

Brady, 48, and Earle, 25, have been linked since New Year’s when they were spotted partying together in St. Barts. A source has since confirmed to Us Weekly that the two are casually seeing each other.

“Alix and Tom have never been serious and their relationship has always been casual and ‘I’ll see you when I see you’ vibe,” the source said in March.

The insider added, “She is doing her own thing and having fun, and is not worried about if Tom is seeing other people or the nature of their relationship.”

Though it’s unclear if Brady is, in fact, seeing other people, Gronkowski hinted that might be the case when asked who was most fun at a party between the ex-QB, Julian Edelman and current New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel.

“It’s got to be Tom. Believe it or not, that’s a surprise answer. It really is. But Tom is on a hot streak right now,” Gronkowski said. “He’s ready to go. So, hey, it’s Tom I’m going to go with.”

Brady and ex-wife Gisele Bündchen divorced in 2022 after 13 years of marriage. They share son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, while Brady is also the dad of son Jack, 18, with Bridget Moynahan.

Earle, for her part, announced her split from her boyfriend of two years, NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios, in December 2025, just weeks before she connected with Brady on New Year’s Eve.

“Alix and Tom were together the entire night on New Year’s Eve partying at a party hosted by Palm Tree Crew in St. Barts,” a source exclusively told Us in January. “They met through mutual friends who were also in St. Barts and had an instant connection. There was a lot of chemistry between them.”

The two were also spotted at the College Football Playoff championship game in Miami, and more recently, at the exclusive Zero Bond nightclub in New York. A source told Us that the two “weren’t together the entire night” at the club, but they did “cross paths.”
