Sami Sheen Shares Mental Health Update Amid Mom Denise Richards’ Divorce: ‘Crashing Out’

Sami Sheen opened up about her ongoing mental health struggles amid mom Denise Richards’ divorce from Aaron Phypers.

“Nothing aggravates me more than when someone’s like, ‘Oh, my God, I’m so OCD, I need to keep my room clean and organized,’” Sami, 21, said in a TikTok video uploaded on Saturday, July 26. “Alright, well I’m so OCD that even if I buy something from the grocery store that day and I read the expiration date over and over and over and over and over again, somehow, I will convince myself it’s a fake expiration date and it’s actually expired a year ago.”

She continued, “And if I eat it, I’m going to get violently ill. So, I have to throw it away and starve.”

Sami added, “So fun! #ocd,” as the video’s caption.

The reality star stayed in on Saturday, telling fans in a second video that she watched her dog “take a s*** on the floor and immediately turn around and eat the s***.”

Sami concluded, “Hope everyone else is [having] a great night.”

Sami is the eldest daughter of Richards, 54, and Charlie Sheen. While she didn’t address her mom’s latest divorce drama, she did admit to “crashing out” in another Saturday night TikTok, which was set to “What’s Up” by 4 Non Blondes.

Us Weekly confirmed on July 7 that Phypers, 52, filed for divorce from Richards after six years of marriage and listed their date of separation as July 4. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. (Richards has since claimed that Phypers was physically abusive throughout their relationship, which he denied.)

One day before her stepdad filed for divorce, Sami took to social media with some thoughts on toxic relationships.

“If you’re dating someone toxic, but you don’t really know if they’re toxic, deep down you know but you’re like, ‘Is it that bad? I can look past this. Well he’s so good to me some days but then other days he treats me like s***,’” she said in a TikTok video posted on July 6. “You need to ask yourself, if you had a daughter and she was dating a man like this, what would you tell her?”

She continued, “And then, boom. You’re like, ‘OK, I would tell her to breakup with him, block him, move on, like, he’s a piece of s***, treats her like s***.’ I don’t know, that works for me because sometimes it’s so easy for me to overlook everything.”
