Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs makes first court appearance as trial date is set, joined by mom and kids

Sean “Diddy” Combs made his first court appearance Thursday since his arrest on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The rapper-turned-music mogul, 54, was joined by his mother, Janice Combs — who recently condemned his “public lynching” — and three of his seven children: son Justin, 30, and twin daughters Jessie and D’Lila, 17.

Janice, 84, was heckled as she made her way into Manhattan federal court, while the crowd urged Jessie and D’Lila to “stick together,” according to the Daily Mail.

After entering the courtroom, Diddy hugged each of his lawyers, the Associated Press reported.

Judge Arun Subramanian set his trial date for May 5.

Last week, Janice, Jessie and D’Lila visited Combs at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he is being held without bail.
