Princess Diana’s look-alike niece Lady Eliza Spencer gets engaged to longtime beau in Greece

Lady Eliza Spencer is engaged to her longtime boyfriend Channing Millerd after nearly a decade of dating.

Eliza, who is the look-alike niece of the late Princess Diana, announced her beau popped the question during trip to Santorini, Greece, via Instagram Thursday.

In her small carousel of photos, she showed the romantic backdrop Millerd proposed against, featuring a dinner setup surrounded by flowers and candles that overlooked the water.

Eliza flashed her glowing diamond ring with a smile as she laid her hand on Millerd’s neck in the opening picture.

“Forever and Ever,” Lady Eliza, 33, captioned the post, adding a red heart emoji.

Her new fiancé re-shared the pictures to his Instagram Stories, adding the instrumental version of “Stand By Me” in the background.

Eliza’s twin sister, Lady Amelia, was quick to congratulate the happy couple on the exciting news.

“The best news everrrrrrrr,” Amelia, also 33, wrote in the comments.

She added, “I couldn’t be happier for you both! The BEST NEWS IN THE WORLD. I love you both with all my heart! The perfect couple and dream engagement.”

Earlier this year, Eliza told Hello! Magazine how she and Millerd were already planning to get married.

“We love the idea of a destination wedding,” she said. “We feel drawn to Italy, especially somewhere by the ocean — that feels so romantic to us. Spain has that same coastal charm we adore.”

“At the same time, Amelia and Greg’s wedding in Cape Town was unforgettable, and South Africa will always be home,” she added.

Her twin sister married Greg Mallett in an extravagant 2023 ceremony held in Capetown, South Africa, making Eliza the last of her sisters to tie the knot. Her eldest sister, Lady Kitty, married Michael Lewis in 2021.

Mallett, who attended school with Millerd, previously described Eliza’s beau as one of his “best and closest friends.”

“We played a lot of the same sports, like rugby and water polo, and naturally shared a lot of the same interests. More than that, we share the same values – loyalty, ambition, integrity and a strong sense of family – which has kept our bond strong over the years,” Mallett told Hello!
