Selena Gomez’s ‘diet of a 5-year-old’ exposed by Benny Blanco — horrifying Gwyneth Paltrow

The heart wants what it wants.

Selena Gomez has the “diet of a 5-year-old,” her husband, Benny Blanco, told Gwyneth Paltrow during a “Goop” podcast taping Tuesday, according to the Daily Mail.

The 38-year-old record producer left Paltrow, 53, horrified as he broke down his wife’s eating habits during the West Hollywood event.

“This morning I walked in and she was eating Jack in the Box at 6:45 in the morning,” Blanco revealed, identifying Gomez’s two favorites as “burgers and fries.”

Gasping, Paltrow replied, “This is NOT Goop approved!”

Blanco, after assuring Paltrow that Gomez, 33, “eats the s–t out of” the Oscar winner’s Goop Kitchen options, said his spouse mainly prefers “whatever is bad for your diet.”

The former Disney Channel star, he noted, “doesn’t really like fruits or vegetables.”

Paltrow, for her part, has made headlines over the years for her strict diet choices, including a “hardcore macrobiotic” phase with “lots of fish, vegetables, rice, no dairy [and] no sugar.”

By April 2025, the “Shakespeare In Love” star was “getting back into eating sourdough bread, cheese [and] … a little pasta.”

Gomez, notably, launched “Selena + Chef” in 2020 to stop being a “complete disaster” in the kitchen — with the help of professionals.

While the “Wizards of Waverly Place” alum confessed to People in 2022 that she still has her “moments,” she acknowledged having “come a long way.”

The “Same Old Love” singer rated her kitchen skills a “five out of 10.”

The show had a four-season run and was followed by “Selena + Restaurant” in 2024.

Gomez gushed on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” that same year that Blanco, however, does cook “very well.”

The “Only Murders in the Building” star joked at the time that she “watch[ed] and encourage[d]” her husband when they co-hosted Thanksgiving together.

The couple started dating in 2023, years after they met collaborating on music.

Blanco popped the question in December 2024 — complete with a Taco Bell spread — and wed Gomez in September of the following year.
