Stockard Channing slams illustration in ‘Grease’ opening

It’s not the one that she wanted.

Stockard Channing is finally addressing her “unfortunate” depiction in the opening credits of “Grease,” siding with fans who felt she was “done a little bit dirty” by the sketch almost 50 years after the film’s debut.

Channing, 82, who played Rizzo in the 1978 musical flick, pointed out her cheeks as the biggest issue in an interview with ET to promote “Practical Magic 2.”

When she had her memory refreshed with a copy of the drawing, she said, “That’s even worse than I remember. Look at that!”

The Emmy-winning actress added, “It was my nightmare vision of self.”

Her “Practical Magic 2” co-star Dianne Wiest was baffled by the doodle, asking for an explanation and even requesting Channing perform a hex on the artist. After all, they are a couple of witches for the time being.

Fortunately for Channing, she has only seen the illustration twice — once at the 1978 premiere and again 20 years later.

“I do not watch it. That’s it. I’m afraid,” Channing said. “I’m very proud of it, but I don’t watch it.”

The actress is back in the public eye to promote “Practical Magic 2,” attending a premiere in London Tuesday with West, and fellow co-stars Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Maisie Williams and Joey King.

It was the star’s first red carpet appearance in two years.

She previously spoke about her decision to step out of the spotlight after losing her partner, Daniel Gillham, in 2014 in a Sunday Times essay.

She now lives in London, where she is “happy being a recluse,” she penned in the essay.

On top of “Grease” and the “Practical Magic” series, Channing has had notable roles in “The West Wing” and “Six Degrees of Separation” — the latter earning her an Oscar nomination.
