Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen showcased their bloody injuries from the alleged domestic violence incidents in February.

Photos exclusively obtained by Page Six showed the MomTok star with a severely bruised forehead, back and arm.

Additionally, Mortensen was seen with a bloody nose, bruises on his thigh, and scatches on his face and neck.

However, a police report states that Mortensen’s neck scratches, as seen in photos, were inconsistent with those officers had photographed.

A rep for the exes wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Last month, the Draper City Police Department told Page Six that both Paul, 31, and Mortensen, 33, who dated on and off between 2022 and 2024, and share a 2-year-old son named Ever, made domestic violence allegations against each other in February.

According to a complaint obtained by Page Six, Paul allegedly attacked Mortensen at her home on Feb. 22 between the hours of 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. local time.

Mortensen later told police that he and Paul were in bed with their 2-year-old son, Ever, when she allegedly became angry after discussing his past relationships.

As a result, she allegedly grabbed his throat, face and neck and shoved him into a window. Mortensen claimed he attempted to call the police, but Paul convinced him to hang up the phone.

Taylor’s statements, however, contradict Mortensen’s.

Per the report, she told officers she asked her ex to leave her home the morning of Feb. 22, but he refused. The TV personality didn’t cite any physical violence from that day.

The report then cites an incident on Feb. 23, stating that Mortensen returned to Paul’s home the following day after they had allegedly been intimate.

Mortensen stated that the topic of his past relationships came up again, and the latter “became angry again, mounted him, grabbed his throat, and screamed in his face.”

Paul allegedly threw several items at Mortensen, leaving a hole in the wall, before then following him out to his car, where she allegedly continued to punch him.

“Dakota shoved her off, causing her to hit her head on the center console screen,” the police report read. “Upon leaving again, Dakota received a text from Taylor stating she was gushing blood from her nose and
it would not stop.”

As for Paul’s side of the story, she claimed she was in the car with Mortensen when he spilled his drink on himself and became angry.

She alleged he then slammed her head against the dashboard before grabbing her by the neck and back.

Taylor alleged that Mortensen tends to “sabotage anything big or exciting happening with her life,” referring to her season of “The Bachelorette,” which was not released.

The police department announced Thursday that they wouldn’t be filing charges against Taylor and Paul due to “insufficient corroborating evidence.”

“With this new information [we] believe that Dakota to the primary aggressor of the second incident on the
23rd, and there is limited information for the 22nd,” the report read, however.

Mortensen filed a restraining order against Paul in March, resulting in her temporarily losing custody of their son.

Paul later responded with a restraining order against Mortensen, accusing him of harassment, stalking and assault. She cited the February incidents and accused Mortensen of assaulting her back in March 2025.

Additionally, a 2023 video of Paul attacking Mortensen with a chair in front of her now 8-year-old daughter, Indy, was also leaked.

Paul was ultimately arrested and told officers that Mortensen allegedly threw her to the ground before he started filming. The charges against Paul were later dropped.

The reality star later defended herself, telling Page Six via her rep that the video “conveniently omits context” and was an example of Mortensen’s “never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child.”

Paul shares Indy and her 5-year-old son, Ocean, with her ex-husband, Tate Paul.

The forthcoming season of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” has temporarily stopped filming in light of the investigation.

“Taylor [Frankie Paul] has some pretty serious stuff happening regarding her past, and they will see what happens. Until that resolves, they are off,” an insider previously told People.
