Taylor Swift drops major clue about new album ‘The Life of a Showgirl’

Long story short, Taylor Swift is dropping major clues about her forthcoming 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
Fans believe the singer’s new curated Spotify playlist reveals the producers behind the project.
After the “Cruel Summer” singer announced Tuesday that she will be releasing a new record, mysterious billboards popped up in Nashville and New York City.
The signs directed fans to Swift’s Spotify playlist, “And, baby, that’s show business for you.”
The playlist featured 22 songs, including her hits “Bad Blood,” “Blank Space,” “All You Had To Do Was Stay,” “I Knew You Were Trouble” and “Wildest Dreams,” which were all produced by Max Martin and Shellback, born Karl Schuster.
Martin, 54, and Shellback, 40, are repsonsilbe for aiding the 14-time Grammy winner’s transition from country music to pop on her fourth studio album, “Red,” which was released in 2012.
Fans believe the playlist seemingly confirms that Swift’s longtime producers Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner will not be involved in her newest project.
“WE WILL MISS THEM,” tweeted one user on X.
“she finally took a break from aaron & jack’s productions. she’s listening to her fans. ps i loooveee these guys as much as taylor loves them!! so this is possibly a pure pop album… or pop rock?!! let’s wait and see,” added another.
“She saw [‘The Tortured Poets Department’s‘] reception and knew she needed the real hitmakers back,” claimed a third person.
“yay! her sound was starting to meld all together! i think pushing herself to work with someone else for a little bit is great way to grow and develop!! so yay!!!” wrote a fourth netizen.
Page Six has reached out to Swift’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
The 35-year-old announced the title of upcoming album in a snippet from her appearance on boyfriend Travis Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights.”
In the clip, the pop star says, “So I wanted to show you something,” before breaking out a mint green briefcase with the letters “T.S.”
“This is my brand new album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’” she added, which prompted the Kansas City Chiefs star’s older brother, Jason Kelce, to scream.
“TS 12!” Travis, also 35, chimed in.
Though Swift, who recently bought the masters to all of her albums, shared the name of the forthcoming project, she blurred out the cover.
The “Fortnight” singer’s appearance on “New Heights” is slated to be released Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET.
