Frankie Muniz’s estranged wife has his back.

After the actor deleted his initial divorce announcement and uploaded a new one following backlash, Paige Price rushed to the comments section to defend him.

“Frankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old funny video of our family because people are so cruel to you,” Price wrote beneath their joint Instagram post Wednesday, adding that “this world is so f–ked.”

Acknowledging that “divorce is bad,” the model noted that neither she nor her estranged husband are “excited about it.”

However, she pointed out that they are “two adults who know how to be on the same team,” concluding her remark, “I can’t believe people would scrutinize that.”

Price — with whom Muniz shares 5-year-old son Mauz — later took to her Instagram Story to share a black-and-white image of the ocean and a message that read, “The internet is a scary place. I wish you all a kinder sea.”

The 34-year-old added on the next slide, “Being misread does not alter the architecture of who you are. It only reveals the limits of the observer.”

Earlier in the day, Muniz, 40, had posted a video showing him, Price and Mauz dancing together in their living room as We The Kings’ 2007 song “Check Yes, Juliet” played in the background.

The words, “Who says you cant [sic] stay best friends with your baby momma?” were written atop the clip.

“🚨 Life update! 🚨 Following a period of separation that we kept private, Paige and I have decided to move forward with ending our marriage,” he captioned the upload.

“After 10 beautiful years together, we’ve grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents. We share an incredible son who remains the center of our world, and we’re both happier, stronger parents because of the love and growth we’ve shared.”

The “Malcolm in the Middle” star — who is now a professional NASCAR driver — made sure to praise Price “for everything she’s done” for him and their family, including “put[ting] her own dreams on hold” so he could chase his.

“She was always my biggest supporter,” he marveled, insisting that their “foundation of respect and friendship isn’t going anywhere.”

Muniz went on to say how “excited” he and the actress are to “keep building [their racing business] Muniz Racing together and to co-parent [their] boy with the same teamwork and love [they’ve] always had.”

He continued, “We’re closing one chapter with gratitude and opening the next with bright futures ahead, for us as individuals and especially for our son. Thank you for the love and support.”

The “Big Fat Liar” star signed off by stating that neither he nor Price would be “entertain[ing] any questions on this matter” and asked for “respect” and “privacy.”

But many netizens were “confused” by the “weird” dancing video, with some accusing Muniz of “celebrating breaking up his family by divorcing his wife.”

Conservative political commentator Michael Knowles was among those who blasted the “bizarre” and “offensive” clip, claiming the accompanying message made him “nauseous.”

Muniz responded via X, “It wasn’t to celebrate our divorce. Far from it. We grieved our divorce beyond anything you can imagine.

“It was to celebrate the fact that we’re both adults and can handle it like adults moving forward, amicably. Everyone is just used to the hideous mudslinging a lot of couples do at the end of a relationship so they don’t know how to take it when two people are cordial.”

His second divorce announcement featured a family photo — with the same caption.

The former couple wed in February 2020 following their November 2018 engagement. They dated for nearly three years.
