TikToker Mikayla Nogueira lost weight the “natural” way.

“I lost 60 pounds naturally,” the influencer, 27, said in a TikTok video on Tuesday, July 29. “Heavy emphasis on the ‘naturally.’ With a calorie deficit and making better food choices.”

Nogueira went on to tell viewers that she would show them one of her favorite recipes that always makes her “full” and is “super easy” to recreate. She showed clips of herself getting various ingredients from her fridge, including lettuce, pickles, hamburger patties, mustard and more.

Nogueira seasoned the patties and grilled them before adding lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheese and croutons to two bowls. She topped the bowls with the cooked and chopped meat, as well as some mustard and ketchup.

TikTok beauty guru Mikayla Nogueira Hawken is replacing her lip glosses with Revlon’s Super Lustrous Glimmer Gloss. After revealing Revlon’s Glimmer Gloss, Nogueira, 26, exclusively spilled the tea to Us Weekly on the product, sharing her true thoughts on the stain. “You heard it here first, the Super Lustrous Glimmer Gloss is the next ‘It […]

“If you haven’t figured it out already, these are burger bowls,” she said, rattling off the ingredients. “They’re extremely delicious and filling. I’m a very plain, boring eater, and this has been one of my favorites.”

Nogueira added a clip of herself passing one of the bowls to her husband, Cody Hawken, and added, “Cody loves them too.”

Nogueira’s video comes more than one year after she denied using Ozempic to lose weight.

“I don’t know why these comments affect me as much as they do, but as someone who the last six months has been in eating disorder recovery offline … it just sucks,” she said in a December 2023 TikTok video, responding to a troll who accused her of taking the type 2 diabetes medication. “In recovery I happen to have lost 30 pounds because I was struggling with binge-eating disorder and when you go through recovery and you stop binging sometimes you’ll lose weight with that.”

She continued, “But to just put in all that work for months to recover from something that was literally nearly taking your life away multiple times to just be hit with ‘Laugh my ass off she’s on Ozempic,’ it just sucks.”

Though Nogueira said she would “never personally do Ozempic” for weight loss, she also “does not judge” those who do use it for that reason.

“If it’s working for you, let it work,” she said. “For me, I don’t think that would be good for my recovery, therefore I will never do it. … I need to develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise and my body image and the way that I think about how I look and that is extremely difficult. Ozempic just would not be the path for me.”

She concluded, “Yes, I have lost weight. I’ve done it completely naturally, normally and [by making] better food choices, better life choices. But I am proud of myself that I’ve done it entirely healthy … That’s a huge deal for me.”

Back in January, Nogueira opened up about an unexpected side effect of her weight loss, telling fans that her wedding ring became too big for her finger.

“The reason is this s*** doesn’t fit me,” she said in a TikTok video, addressing fans who asked why she had stopped wearing the ring. “Because I lost 60 pounds, this ring is now humongous on me, and I either need to get it resized or a new ring perhaps, because it’s too big.”
