Tom Holland confirms secret wedding to Zendaya
Tom Holland finally confirmed he secretly got married to Zendaya.
During a new interview with Esquire, Holland was asked if he had to let his family members know that the AI-generated photos of the couple at their wedding were fake.
“No, because they were all there,” Holland replied.
He added, “That’s all you’ll get on that.”
Page Six has reached out to Holland and Zendaya’s reps for comment.
While Holland, 30, didn’t tell Esquire more about the wedding, he did gush over his wife.
“Our business can present very stressful situations and it’s really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time,” the British actor said.
“We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don’t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else,” he added.
The “Cherry” star called Zendaya, 29, his “person” and his “best friend.”
“I’m the happiest I have ever been when I’m with her,” Holland said, “but I have also never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period.”
Zendaya and Holland were first romantically linked in 2017 when they met on the set of “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” but they didn’t go public with their relationship until 2021.
The couple first sparked marriage rumors in February, when the “Euphoria” actress was spotted wearing a gold band on that finger instead of her five-carat engagement ring.
The following month, Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, claimed the pair had secretly tied the knot.
“The wedding has already happened,” he told “Access Hollywood” on the SAG Actor Awards 2026 red carpet at the time. “You missed it. It’s very true.”
When Zendaya appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on March 17, she revealed “many people” in her life were mad about not being invited to the wedding after the AI-generated photos of the couple blew up on social media.
“While I was just out and about in real life, people were like, ‘Oh my God, your wedding photos are gorgeous,’ and I was like, ‘Babe, they’re AI. They’re not real,’” she said.
Despite addressing the AI photos, Zendaya later made it clear she wouldn’t confirm the marriage rumors because the couple would rather “preserve things” and “maintain [their] joy.”
“I hear it, but also my own little boundaries of what I like to bring up and talk about, but then also what I’m willing to share,” she said on the New York Times’ “Modern Love” podcast on April 1, noting she and Holland aren’t trying to “hide from the world.”
Holland and Zendaya will likely face more marriage questions as they embark on the “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” press tour ahead of the film’s July 31 release.
On Monday, they made their first red carpet appearance together in five years at the Marvel movie’s photocall in Madrid, Spain.
Zendaya wore her rumored gold band wedding ring to the event.
