  • Adam Sandler is seen looking shocked before laughing at the humorous scene

Travis Kelce is baring it all.

Kelce, 35, appeared in a new behind-the-scenes clip from Happy Gilmore 2 shared by Netflix on Wednesday, July 30. In the scene, the NFL star goes shirtless as Bad Bunny humorously ties him up and smears him with honey, before a person in a bear suit appears before him as he yells in fear.

Adam Sandler, who also starred in and produced the film, is seen first looking shocked at the scene unfolding before him, before laughing along with the rest of the crew. Kelce appears as the demanding country club boss to golf caddy Oscar Mejías (Bad Bunny, 31).

“Travis is such a gentle, nice guy, and funny as hell,” Sandler told Entertainment Tonight. “He’s like the guys I grew up with. When I was with Travis, it reminded me of my buddies in high school and just being able to laugh and say the things you want to say.”

As for Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift, the Uncut Gems star confirmed that his daughters Sadie and Sunny (who also appear in the new film) have met the singer-songwriter. During her Eras Tour Film‘s Los Angeles premiere in 2023, Swift greeted Sandler and both his kids with a hug.

“Taylor is incredible,” Sandler, 58, told ET. “Taylor is so damn nice to my family and has always been. My kids have met Taylor a bunch of times over the years, and she’s ridiculously nice to them and warm.”

The film, released on July 25, picks up in the present day and serves as a sequel to Sandler’s original 1996 film. Sandler’s Happy is a failed ice hockey player working to become a pro-golfer and raise enough money to save his grandmother’s house from foreclosure in the original movie.

The new sequel picks up 11 years after Happy’s wife Virginia Venit (Julie Bowen) died in a golf-related accident and after he won five championships. Now a widower struggling through alcoholism and grief, the golfer returns to the game to fund his daughter Vienna’s (Sandler’s real-life daughter Sunny Sandler) overseas ballet education.

Happy Gilmore 2 is now streaming on Netflix.
