Andy Cohen claps back at Sarah Michelle Gellar’s brutal criticism of ‘RHOBH’

Andy Cohen clapped back at Sarah Michelle Gellar for trashing the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — especially in his own studio.

During Thursday’s episode of “Radio Andy,” the Bravo honcho addressed the actress’s recent appearance on “Page Six Radio,” where she gave her thoughts on Season 15, dubbing it “boring.”

“I guess ‘Page Six Radio’ interviewed Sarah Michelle Gellar. And it was in our studio, and then they post it,” he explained, referencing Page Six’s social media post titled, “Sarah Michelle Gellar is bored by this season of ‘RHOBH.’”

The interview took place in the “Radio Andy” studio at SiriusXM’s New York City office.

Cohen went on to slam the idea of a radio show guest criticizing a Bravo show he executive produces in his own studio.

“She wrong, by the way,” he then cheekily responded about Gellar’s assessment of “RHOBH.”

During her Page Six Radio appearance, Danny Murphy and Evan Real asked Gellar if she was enjoying the current season of “RHOBH,” to which she simply said, “No.”

When asked to share her notes, she said, “I think it’s boring!”

She did, however, gush over the cast, saying, “I love Rachel [Zoe], I think Rachel’s a great addition. I love Boz [Saint John]. I live for Kathy [Hilton] and Jen [Tilly]. I want a Jen Tilly-Kathy Hilton spin-off.”

“But it’s slow,” the “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” actress continued, noting that the season, which is halfway over, “is just picking up now.”

Gellar also gave her honest assessment of newbie Amanda Frances.

“I don’t think she’s polarizing, I just don’t think anyone enjoys her,” Gellar shared before clarifying that she is probably “a lovely person.”

However, she doesn’t think the self-proclaimed “Money Queen” is being authentic on camera.

“If you choose to go on this show, then you have to be ready to open yourself up and be honest. And I feel like, I don’t know… I feel like she just missed that memo.”

Aside from Saint John, Frances, Hilton and Tilly, the current cast includes also Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke.

“RHOBH” airs Thursdays at 8 pm ET on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
