Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer marries 4th wife Cat Jarman

Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer married his fourth wife, Cat Jarman, on Friday.

The 61-year-old and the archaeologist, 43, tied the knot in Arizona, People reported four days post-nuptials.

In a joint statement Tuesday, the newlyweds gushed, “We both feel so incredibly lucky to have progressed from being colleagues, to friendship, to deep love and connection.”

They added that “each stage of [their] relationship,” which they went public with in 2024, “has been underpinned by laughter and we share a passion for life.”

The duo met in 2021 when Spencer reviewed his now-partner’s “River Kings” book and went on to co-host the “Rabbit Hole Detectives” podcast.

At the time, he was married to Karen Spencer — who accused Charles in December 2024 of cheating with Jarman in explosive court documents.

She was, notably, defending herself in the High Court against Jarman’s allegation that she misused private information.

The 53-year-old, who called out Charles for ending their union over text, said he had been “uncaring and deliberately provocative” during the “cruel and inexplicable” breakup.

Jarman and Charles, however, have denied engaging in a “long-term affair.”

The latter told the Daily Mail in November 2024 that he wasn’t “even thinking [about] romance” during his friendship with Jarman, which he insisted didn’t turn into “something else” until earlier that year.

“Look, it’s good to be with someone who is just so . . . nice,” he gushed to the outlet. “I don’t want to denigrate anyone, but Cat is just completely different to anyone I’ve ever been with before.”

He and Karen wed in June 2011 and welcomed one child — daughter Charlotte, 13 — during their time together.

The former couple’s divorce was finalized in December 2025.

Before Karen, Charles was married to Caroline Freud from 2001 to 2007.

He and the PR specialist, 59, are the parents of son Edmund “Ned,” 22, and daughter Lara, 20.

Charles also welcomed children with his first wife, Victoria Aitken, whom he was married to from 1989 to 1997.

The duo share daughter Kitty, 35, twins Katya and Eliza, 33, and son Louis, 32,.

As for Cat, she has two sons with ex-husband Tom Jarman.
