‘Big Brother 28’ star Lyric Medeiros defends peeing in shared shower
“Big Brother 28” star Lyric Medeiros has no regrets about repeatedly peeing in the shared shower.
“I think everyone pees in the shower, at least I think so… I don’t know,” Medeiros exclusively told Page Six after her eviction.
“Lyric, you’re crazy, I don’t know what you were thinking,” she joked.
The 25-year-old admitted it’s “a learned lesson” that in a 16-person household, you “don’t pee in the shower because it may just go viral.”
“And don’t admit it even if you do,” she added.
But Medeiros insisted her bathroom act wasn’t as gross as people think.
“I think I used soap and the water was running and so it really just canceled out,” she shared.
“However,” she continued, “if I were to go in the ‘Big Brother’ house again, mark my words, I would not be in the shower and tell everyone about it.”
Speaking about her final days in the house, Medeiros said she was “definitely shocked” to hear that Melody Morris vented in the diary room that she wanted to “punch” Medeiros “in the f–ing face” for throwing their ally Mallory Aurichio under the bus.
“But at the end of the day, it’s a game,” Medeiros noted. “And so I think we’ll be friends on the outside.”
“I was shocked, but I knew that people were talking behind my back. Of course, that doesn’t shock me. I just didn’t know the extent.”
Medeiros specifically called out Drew Campbell for “making fun of my voice” and Dee Valladares for masterminding her eviction.
“I honestly thought I could trust Dee in the game and I she played a big role in me being evicted,” Medeiros told us. “And so I obviously am a little shocked, but also not.”
But the one part of Medeiros’ “Big Brother” experience that she’s cherishing is her showmance with second boot Rome Seymour.
“I’m so blessed that I met Rome because we’ve been talking literally every day on FaceTime,” she said. “It’s been a dream come true in terms of coming out of that house with something more than just the experience. It’s coming out with a person I can trust forever and a person that I love.”
Medeiros, who lives in Hawaii, also teased what’s next for her and the Florida-based pickleball coach.
“All I can say is that maybe expect something on our social media pages,” she shared. “Maybe a reunion might be happening within the next two weeks.”
“Big Brother 28” airs every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and is available to stream the next day on Paramount+.
