She told us she was a “Mastermind.”

Taylor Swift dropped a slew of clues about her upcoming single, “Patient Zero,” before she made the big announcement on Tuesday.

The Easter eggs for the song, out Friday, were hiding in plain sight all along — a move Swift, 36, has mastered in her career.

Below, Page Six is breaking down all of the “Patient Zero” Easter eggs we’ve spotted.

‘Opalite’ music video

The first — and biggest — clues were included in Swift’s star-studded “Opalite” music video, which came out in February.

At the 2:34 mark of the video, a poster that says “Patient For The Encore” can be seen in the background.

Then at 4:37, the four judges all hold up “0” scorecards for Swift and Domhnall Gleeson’s choreographed dance.

Little did we realize that Swift was hinting at “Patient Zero” with those two clues.

Emmys 2026 sketch

Swift sneakily told us she had something cooking in her pre-taped “Law & Order: SVU” sketch during the 2026 Emmy Awards earlier this month.

“I think what we’re going to be looking for is hiding in plain sight,” she told Mariska Hargitay, before looking directly into the camera and listing what seemed to be random words: “Saccharide. Aries. From the vineyard. North or south.”

But the “Swifties” figured out that if you take the third letter from the first six words of the message, you get an anagram of “ENCORE” — the same term included in the “Opalite” video.

Also, the clock in the skit was set to 10:13. Collector’s editions CDs for “Patient Zero” ship on October 13.

Social media bios

Just hours before announcing “Patient Zero,” Swift changed her social media bios from “And baby, that’s show business for you” to “And, baby, that’s sh0w business f0r y0u.”

As we know now, the three zeroes were hinting at her song title.

12 exclamation points

In her Instagram post announcing the single, Swift wrote, “I’ve been impatiently waiting to tell you that my brand new single ‘Patient Zero’ will be out on September 25 (!!!!!!!!!!!!).”

She used 12 exclamation points — an apparent reference to her 12th album, “The Life of a Showgirl.” Swift seems to be promoting “Patient Zero” as an “encore” to the 2025 album.
