Olivia Culpo claps back at body shamers saying she ‘really blows up’ during pregnancies

Oliva Culpo shut down the “noise” surrounding her pregnancy weight gain while celebrating “the beautiful sacrifice of motherhood.”

On Wednesday, the former pageant queen clapped back via TikTok at “surprised” social media users saying she “really blows up” while pregnant.

“I take a lot of pride in the fact that I am growing a baby,” she told haters. “Every time I see that I’m growing, I always think that my baby’s growing — and that means that my baby’s healthy.”

The “Culpo Sisters” alum, who is 37 weeks pregnant with her and husband Christian McCaffrey’s second child, said she has “no need to be worried” about her appearance despite “everybody getting skinny … these days.”

Acknowledging her growing body is “the most vulnerable” part of growing a family, the former reality star said, “[I’m] doing the most selfless thing that [I] could ever do for the best reason ever.”

Culpo noted that her partner, whom she called “so in shape … and just so annoyingly perfect in every single way,” told her to “give [her]self a year” of grace.

“A lot of people — including myself — compare, like, ‘Oh, this person got so skinny so fast,’” she explained while putting on makeup. “You don’t know if that person was breastfeeding. You don’t know what that person’s supply was like. You don’t know what that person’s labor was like.”

“The only thing you can control is what you’re doing as a mother for your child,” Culpo concluded. “Everything else is just noise.”

The 34-year-old, notably, conceived baby No. 2 six months after giving birth to daughter Colette, now 1, in July 2025.

The pregnancy was unexpected, with Culpo telling her TikTok followers in May that she had just started to “get [her] groove back” postpartum.

“I was working out,” she recalled. “I could see some abs coming. That’s just not what the body wants right now.”

However, Culpo felt “so fortunate to be able to bring another child into the world.”

The “Next Gen Chef” host and McCaffrey, 30, announced via Instagram in May that they have another little one on the way.

The couple have been together since 2019.

The NFL player proposed in 2023, with the pair tying the knot in June of the following year.

The athlete, notably, will be present at Culpo’s scheduled C-section — but has to leave “the same day” for a game.

“I should be grateful because some guys legitimately miss the birth of their child,” she said Wednesday. “At least I get to plan that it’s a C-section.”
