Baylen Dupree’s New Tic Has Her Focused on This NSFW Action Involving Fiancé Colin: ‘I’m Just Excited’

Baylen Dupree is settling into her new life with fiancé Colin Dooley, but there are some bumps in the road.

During the season 2 premiere of TLC’s Baylen Out Loud — a series that follows the 22-year-old, who was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome five years ago — Dupree and her fiancé celebrate Easter with a trip to an alpaca farm, where they meet her parents and her younger brothers.

At the family outing, some of her tics start acting up due to her excitement, leading her to repeatedly tell her fiancé and brothers: “You suck d— for a living.”

“Colin sucks George Washington’s d—,” Baylen added.

In a confessional, her parents Allen and Julie couldn’t help but laugh at the outbursts.

“Why is everything, like, sucking a d—?” her mom, Julie, said in between laughs. “And poor Colin, he’s sucking George Washington’s d—.”

“He’s got time on his hands, I don’t know,” Allen quipped. “More than time, I guess.”

Back at the farm, Baylen explained, “I’m just really excited. My tics get a little bit more when I’m excited.”

“My tics can be elevated from any type of emotion, and even though my tics are very active right now, I’m not distressed — it’s just because of how excited I am,” she added in a confessional.

Later in the episode, Baylen’s parents and Colin all reflected on the incredible progress she’s made since she was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome five years ago.

“From where you are right now [compared] to where you were? Amazing,” her dad, Allen, told her, as he credited Colin for how he “really helped [her] move forward.”

“I definitely feel like Colin has improved Baylen’s self-confidence and overall well-being,” Allen added of Baylen’s fiancé.

When she surprised her fiancé with a homemade birthday cake, Colin said he was “super proud of her” because he knew how much that gesture meant.

“Baylen has always struggled with being in the kitchen, so for her to spend all day making a cake, it just shows that she is trying to improve on her independence,” he said.

Her mom was equally blown away by Baylen making the cake, and called it “surreal” and “unbelievable.”

“Where she’s come in the last, I guess, even six months, but where she started from 5-6 years ago to this point, is astounding, to say the least,” she added.

After Baylen was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome in 2020, she decided to use her platform to raise awareness and shut down misconceptions about the disorder. She has accumulated more than 10 million followers on TikTok and 2 million followers on Instagram, which led to her TLC show Baylen Out Loud earlier this year.

She met Dooley through a dating app and they began dating in November 2022. The two announced their engagement exclusively to PEOPLE in February.
