Boss Babe nominees in the Virtual Reali-Tea VRT Awards 2025
While being a reality star is a full-time job in itself, many boss ladies juggle their fame with impressive careers offscreen, as well.
From fashion to tech, these small-screen sirens are hustlers in different industries and deserve to be recognized for their ability to entertain us each week while building their own empires.
VOTE HERE: Make your pick for Hot-Tea of the Year, Comeback Queen and seven other reality TV superlatives! Voting closes Aug. 27 and winners will be celebrated at the VRT Awards live show on Sept. 17.
Each of these women carry highly impressive resumes, but only one queen can be named the ultimate “Boss Babe” — and that’s where you come in.
You can vote for the person you think should be given the crown at the inaugural “Virtual Reali-Tea” VRT Awards from now until Aug. 27, and come celebrate the winner live with hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy at City Winery in NYC on Sept. 17.
Guerdy Abraira, from “The Real Housewives of Miami”
Guerdy Abraira is basically royalty in the luxury event-planning world, and had an extensive portfolio long before joining “The Real Housewives of Miami.”
Her company, Guerdy Design, has been recognized in many publications such as The New York Times and Brides, and Harper’s Bazaar even named her one of the best wedding planners in the world.
Bravo fans have seen her party-planning expertise come to life in various show-stopping events seen on “RHOM.”
Bozoma Saint John, from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”
Bozoma Saint John will forever be a leading lady, no matter what her future on reality TV looks like.
When Saint John joined “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for Season 14, she had a resume that intimidated her co-stars — and rightfully so!
The tech executive has held leadership positions at several high-profile companies, including Netflix, Uber and Apple Music, and is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Endeavor.
She also landed the top spot on Forbes’ “World’s Most Influential CMOs” list — impressive!
Melissa Gorga, from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”
Teresa Giudice once claimed that “nobody touched” sister-in law Melissa Gorga’s cookies, but the numbers say otherwise.
In Dec. 2024, The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star appeared on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast to discuss the launch of her bakery endeavor, Sprinkles by MG, revealing she was “completely in shock” by its success.
Gorga also “puts her heart and soul” into Envy, her successful clothing boutique that has multiple locations in New Jersey and New York.
Jessi Ngatikaura, from “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives”
Jessi Ngatikaura has built a “hair empire” with her business, JZ Styles.
The “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star’s hair company began in 2016 as one small salon in Utah and has since expanded to sell its own products and extensions, education courses and more.
Being the queen that she is, Ngatikaura gives all of her “MomTok” counterparts free hairstyling and extensions every week; now we know why their hair always looks so good!
Kim Kardashian, from “The Kardashians”
Kim Kardashian’s best advice for women in business? “Get your f—king ass up and work.”
While that didn’t go over so well, there’s no denying that Kardashian is one of the strongest businesspeople in the world. The reality icon was officially named a billionaire in 2021, and her empire — which includes her coveted brand Skims — has only grown since.
Now that you know the nominees, you can cast your vote for the reality star who should be named the “Boss Babe” winner at Virtual Reali-Tea’s “VRT” Awards.
And don’t miss out on an unforgettable night of juicy interviews with iconic reality stars at our live show on Sept. 17!
