Diddy’s lawyer rushes to save seizing civilian with blood ‘pouring from his mouth’ following trial verdict

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial took an unexpected and dramatic turn Wednesday when a civilian began convulsing at the courthouse, forcing one of the mogul’s lawyers to spring into action.
Page Six has exclusively learned that after Combs’ bail application was submitted late Wednesday afternoon, a member of the public collapsed to the ground and began having a seizure on the 26th floor of the Manhattan federal courthouse.
We’re told the civilian was “repeatedly slamming his head against the marble floor” and had “blood and vomit pouring from his mouth.”
Combs’ lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, was close by when the emergency happened and he “immediately knelt down on the ground and placed the convulsing person into the rescue position on his side,” a source tells Page Six.
We’re told the attorney’s partner Jacob Kaplan then held the unknown individual’s head to stop it from hitting the floor and placed his backpack underneath it.
Agnifilo’s daughter, Sofia Agnifilo (who also happens to be a paralegal), and an unidentified member of Combs’ family took the man’s pulse and made sure he could breathe, while waiting for EMS to arrive.
Cameras were stationed outside of the courthouse awaiting for Marc to make his statements on his famous client’s trial verdict, which was seen as a huge win for the defense.
Combs, 55, was found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution, but was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which would have seen him facing a longer prison sentence.
Instead, the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. His sentencing date has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
In the livestream, press cameras captured medical professionals rolling out the ill individual via a stretcher. Red ambulance lights could be seen reflecting on the courthouse doors at the time.
The current status of the unnamed person’s health remains unknown.
Moments later, Marc stepped outside the courthouse and gave his post-verdict press conference.
Seemingly unperturbed by what had just transpired, the defense attorney told the media, “It’s a great victory for Sean Combs; it’s a great victory for the jury system.”
Page Six has reached out to Combs’ team for comment on the situation but has not heard back.
