Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson officially marry ahead of Bahamas wedding

Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson are legally married.

Page Six obtained a copy of their marriage certificate, which was filed in Palm Beach, Florida, on Thursday.

According to the filing, the Trump family’s real estate attorney, Brad McPherson, officiated the wedding.

Page Six exclusively reported earlier this week that Anderson, 39, and Don Jr., 48, are expected to have an intimate ceremony on a private island in the Bahamas over Memorial Day weekend.

It’s unclear if President Trump is planning on attending the small ceremony, as he told reporters on Thursday that it’s “not good timing” due to the war in Iran. However, he noted that he would “try to make it.”

“If I do attend, I get killed. If I don’t attend, I get killed,” he said at the time.

Sources told Page Six last month that Don Jr. and Anderson were planning on delaying their nuptials until after the war.

“They’re very aware that a lavish wedding at the White House while people are dying wouldn’t be well-received,” an insider said. “Especially after the state dinner for King Charles — it would be too much pomp and circumstance.”

The source added, “Don was fully supportive of the bridal shower and the bachelorette party — he wants everyone to know he adores her and that they plan to get married. But they want to make sure the timing is right politically before actually setting a date.”

Anderson celebrated her bridal shower at Mar-a-Lago mansion in April. The “enchanted garden”-themed bash featured guests like Ivanka Trump and her daughter Arabella Kushner, as well as Lara Trump and Tiffany Trump.

Don Jr. proposed to Anderson on Dec. 13 after just one year of dating. A source told Page Six at the time that they flew to Camp David in Maryland to celebrate Anderson’s 39th birthday and he got down on one knee the following day.

“No one was surprised, but everyone is excited for the happy couple,” our source said.

Don Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump. He and Vanessa, who is now dating Tiger Woods, share five kids.

Page Six previously reported Vanessa “fully approves” of their relationship.
