Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott, has warrant out for her arrest after skipping DUI court hearing

A warrant has been issued for Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott, after she failed to appear in court for her DUI hearing, Page Six confirmed Wednesday.

Scott, formerly Kim Mathers, was scheduled to appear in front of Judge William H. Hackel III at Macomb County District Court in Michigan Wednesday morning, but she never showed.

Page Six has confirmed she has not yet been arrested as of Wednesday afternoon.

Her bond is set at $10,000.

Scott was arrested and booked on a suspected DUI charge at Macomb County Jail in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on May 14.

Detective Sgt. Joseph Feld of the Chesterfield Township Police Department told TMZ at the time that Scott hit a vehicle with her car while driving near Detroit the night prior.

Cops did not know where she was traveling to or from and no injuries had been reported.

Scott looked unrecognizable as she flashed a smile for her mugshot photo. She was released from jail shortly after being booked.

Her arrest came just three days after she appeared in court on similar charges, pleading no contest to impaired driving and failure to report an accident that took place in February.

Scott allegedly crashed into a parked car while on an outing with her son, Parker, and his friends.

Instead of stopping, she proceeded to drive home, where she then crashed into her own garage door, her neighbors claimed to TMZ. She was reportedly taken to a hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Authorities were seen finding bottles allegedly containing soda and alcohol in her car in bodycam footage. She was also seen taking a Breathalyzer test.

Scott and Eminem had a tumultuous relationship — tying the knot in 1999 before divorcing two years later.

They then remarried in January 2006, but Eminem filed for divorce three months later.

She and the “Love Yourself” rapper share three kids: Hailie Jade Mathers, 30, Alaina Marie Scott, 33, and Stevie Laine Mathers, 24. Scott welcomed Parker after her divorce from Eminem.
