RHONJ’s Milania Giudice Appears to Laugh in Police Car in New Video From Domestic Violence Arrest

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Milania Giudice appeared to be unbothered moments after her domestic violence arrest.

According to police dashcam footage released from the Montville Police Department and obtained by Us Weekly, Giudice, 20, seemingly let out a laugh moments after being put in a cop car.

Giudice later appeared to sit quietly for the duration of the ride to the Montville Township Police Department headquarters, where she was booked on one count of simple assault and released pending her next court appearance.

Although the video was heavily redacted, dashcam footage from another police car showed activity outside of her mom, Teresa Giudice, and stepdad Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ New Jersey home. (Page Six was first to report.)

Us has reached out to Milania’s attorney for comment.

Milania was arrested on May 14 by Montville Township police for her alleged involvement in a domestic violence incident.

During a virtual court appearance on Tuesday, July 14, a judge claimed that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute … a disorderly person’s offense.”

The alleged victim’s identity has yet to be revealed. Milania has also pleaded not guilty to all charges.

In June, Milania spoke publicly about her arrest for the first time while reacting to a fake mugshot circulating on social media.

“I have one thing to say, I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI,” she said in a TikTok video that has since been removed. “I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”

While addressing her arrest, Milania told her followers that “s*** happens in life.”

“It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it,” she noted. “I just was not in a good area in my life. That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me. Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”

Although Milania’s mom is currently filming a new season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, it’s unclear whether the family’s legal drama will be part of an upcoming story line.
