Everything to Know About ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Part 2: Release Date, Trailer and More

Fans’ summer vacation from Nevermore Academy isn’t going to last long, because part 2 of Wednesday season 2 is on the way.
Warning: This story contains spoilers about season 2 of Wednesday.
Following part 1’s four-episode installment, which came out on Wednesday, August 6, Wednesday part 2 picks up where the show left off as titular character Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) was last seen falling out a window.
But in true Wednesday fashion, things are about to get even weirder. Part 2 will feature the return of one character from the first season that fans thought they’d seen the last of, as well as a new character, played by Lady Gaga.

When Does ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Part 2 Come Out?
Wednesday season 2, part 2 will consist of four episodes and will be released on Wednesday, September 3, on Netflix.
How Did Part 1 of ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 End?
Season 2 so far has focused on Wednesday trying to solve a string of murders at Nevermore — made even more urgent by a premonition she has of her best friend Enid (Emma Myers) becoming a potential victim herself.
The first part ends on a cliffhanger with Tyler (Hunter Doohan) appearing to knock Wednesday out of a window at Willow Hill Psychiatric Hospital. Tyler, the Hyde that fans saw as a barista-turned-murdering Hyde, then escapes into the woods.
Is There a Trailer for ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Part 2?
Netflix released the trailer for part 2 on Thursday, August 14, and the two-minute teaser asks more questions than it answers.
It begins with Wednesday waking up in what appears to be a hospital bed, only it’s not a nurse who is tending to her. She quickly realizes it’s former Nevermore principal Larissa Weems (Gwendoline Christie), who died in season 1. Weems explains that she is Wednesday’s “new spirit guide,” and she follows Wednesday throughout the trailer and remains visible only to her.
Wednesday explains in the trailer that Tyler is still at large and plans to kill both her and Enid. What follows is a series of quick clips that reveal little about the plot, but the trailer ends on a tantalizing note for fans with Lady Gaga saying via voiceover, “Beware. There will be a price to pay.”
Gaga will play Nevermore teacher Rosaline Rotwood, though she was not shown in the trailer.
