Hayden Panettiere’s ex Brian Hickerson, brother Zach get in accident on way home from jail

Brian Hickerson crashed his motorcycle after picking up his brother Zach Hickerson from jail over the weekend.

Hayden Panettiere’s ex-boyfriend collided with the back of a car on Sunday around 5:30 p.m.

The accident threw his sibling from the Suzuki Hayabusa, seen in photos obtained by the Daily Mail on Tuesday.

Zach, who was wearing a helmet, lost a shoe in the process.

He put his sneaker back on after hobbling to the side of the road and was seen inspecting his hand for potential wounds.

Brian drove off on the bike, leaving his brother at the scene.

The nature of Zach’s injuries, if any, remain unclear.

Brian’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Zach was arrested on Saturday for disorderly conduct after he and Brian got into an altercation with fellow patrons at Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville, South Carolina.

While the duo were both handcuffed, Brian was released.

Zach spoke to TMZ on Sunday, after being released from Greenville County Detention Center, and shared how “frustrated” he felt over allegedly being heckled about Panettiere’s passing by the five adults they fought with.

“People believe [the rumors] and then they attack as a result,” he told the outlet. “That’s what pisses me off.”

He urged people to stop “fill[ing] in their own holes” about Brian’s ex dying on Aug. 16 at 36.

Brian and Zach found Panettiere’s body and allegedly attempted to resuscitate the “Nashville” alum with CPR and Narcan.

There were “no signs of foul play,” according to cops, which Brian’s lawyer pointed out in his only statement on losing the actress.

“Hayden’s death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed,” the attorney pointed out in August.

The Drug Enforcement Administration is investigating Panettiere’s death, reportedly honing in on her alleged drug dealer.

Although TMZ has claimed the Golden Globe nominee died of a fentanyl-laced oxycodone pill, the coroner and Panettiere’s rep have both stressed that the investigation remains ongoing.
