Howard Stern’s ex-employee demands staggering amount in court battle

Howard Stern’s ex-employee is suing the shock jock for a staggering $2.5 million in damages, according to court documents exclusively obtained by Page Six.

Leslie Kuhn — the former executive assistant to Howard and his wife, Beth Stern — filed the new documents on Sunday.

The filing also states that Howard, 72, has yet to respond to her lawsuit.

As Page Six reported earlier this month, Kuhn, who managed the Sterns’ Hamptons mansion, sued the couple for allegedly creating a hostile work environment.

According to the lawsuit, Kuhn started managing the mansion’s staffers and household operations, including Beth’s “extensive at-home feline rescue and fostering operations,” in 2024.

Howard’s production company allegedly sent Kuhn a letter in December 2025 stating that she would be getting a raise to $265,000 and an $80,000 bonus in 2026. But in February, she was allegedly fired.

Kuhn alleged that she faced “immense pressures on the household created by irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations occurring on-site,” according to court docs.

Per the documents, Kuhn allegedly witnessed “massively disorganized” and “questionable business operations and accounting practices.”

She also claimed in the filing that Howard’s production company presented her with the nondisclosure agreement — which she denies ever signing.

Kuhn asked that the court make the NDA unenforceable, as it does not allow her to speak freely about her employment and termination.

The contract allegedly banned Kuhn from disclosing business affairs, as well as Howard and Beth’s personal affairs — down to trivial details like their restaurant preferences and sleeping arrangements.

Kuhn’s lawyer, John J. Leonard, claimed in an exclusive interview with Page Six last week that his client is being “entirely muzzled.”

“Which we don’t think is a fair power differential, especially given the fact that as an employee, she is, you know, at a distinct disadvantage in terms of influence and resources,” he said.

The attorney added that Kuhn is “a very strong person.”

“I don’t want to say she’s taking it in stride, but she’s absolutely faring it well,” the lawyer said, adding that she “understands this is the road that you’re on when you speak truth to power and when you try to assert your rights against someone who is, you know, exceptionally more powerful than you are.”
