Ilona Maher is winning.

The Olympic rugby player, 29, shared a message to critics who “make dumb comments” about her online, letting them know in a post on Instagram that she’s capitalizing on their negativity and won’t be holding back moving forward.

“Honestly loving when people make dumb comments cause it gives me content so fire away. I won’t be blocking out your names when I respond,” she captioned the post of herself posing on the red carpet at The Hollywood Reporter and Spotify pre-Golden Globes party on Jan. 8.

She used the song, “Hot Body,” by Ayra Starr as the backing to her clip.

Maher’s post comes two days after she uploaded a video to her Instagram where she clapped back at a man who said she looked “pregnant” in a form-fitting orange dress on Saturday, Jan. 10.

“A guy recently commented on a picture of me and said, ‘You look pregnant in that dress,’ ” she began while speaking directly to the camera. “And he deleted his comment because I had a great comeback, but I wanted to do it again for you all.”

The Olympian then repeated what she initially told the man.

“So to him, I say, ‘That’s just a normal woman’s body. You probably haven’t seen a woman naked in a long time, if ever, and I hope you never get the privilege to again, ’cause that’s just how we are, okay?’ ” she continued.

“That’s just what we’re working with. Me, [a] professional athlete,” Maher said.

“I always have this, okay?” she added, motioning to her stomach in the clip. “I’m sucking it in right now. And I have it, so, please, please, stop commenting the dumbest stuff.”

“I think this message is too important not to share again,” she wrote in the caption of the video, which has been viewed more than 15.1 million times as of Jan. 13.

This isn’t the first time Maher has spoken out about health and body positivity, often posting about it on her social media. In July, she shared a message advocating for strength rather than striving to be skinny.

“Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’… Uh, y’all tried being strong? I feel good. I feel well fed. I feel ready to take on anybody,” she said in an Instagram while flexing her muscles in the camera. “You guys gotta try this s—. It’s a different level. I’m feeling…woo! I love it.”

“And also, have you guys tasted tiramisu? Because that s—… my God,” she quipped in the clip.
