Kelly Clarkson’s staffers anticipated a “Moment Like This.”

After the singer made headlines for abruptly canceling a concert this weekend, a “Kelly Clarkson Show” employee told Daily Mail that “the whiplash is a lot with her right now.”

The individual explained, “She’s all in on the talk show, then she’s not, then she is again. She’s performing in Vegas, now she’s not. It’s her voice. It’s personal issues.”

The staffer called the back and forth “enough to make [anyone] crazy,” alleging that the 43-year-old’s “flaky” behavior is “hard to do business with.”

Clarkson’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The “American Idol” alum was set to take the stage on Friday when she issued an apology to attendees 90 minutes before showtime.

“The prep and rehearsals have taken a toll on my voice,” she wrote via Instagram. “I need to protect myself from doing serious damage so I am taking this weekend and next week to rest up so that we can deliver what you all deserve.”

The “devastated” Grammy winner will, instead, kick off her residency Friday at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

While some social media users supported Clarkson’s decision to prioritize her voice, others expressed their disappointment in scathing comments.

“I genuinely believe artists should have to reimburse fans that travel for their shows and then cancel at the last minute,” one wrote.

Another added, “There has to be some repercussion. Something for the people that spent thousands to get there. There has to be some kind of insurance.”

Clarkson “blindsided” crew members with her choice, according to the US Sun.

A source told us Tuesday that “hidden battles” led to the cancellation, calling her “personal life … so insanely complicated” and a means of “emotional and physical distress.”

The songwriter, notably, has been making headlines for months regarding the status of her eponymous talk show, with us hearing in April that Clarkson wants to quit when her contract ends in 2026.

A producer told the Daily Mail the following month that “she could bolt at any time,” which has left staffers “not feeling too stable.”

The NBC employee addressed rampant rumors Hoda Kotb could step in as a replacement, labeling the possibility a “win-win.”
