Martha Stewart wore Charlotte Tilbury lipstick to meet King Charles
Martha Stewart is practically the queen of ageless glam.
And last night, she wore a full face of Charlotte Tilbury products to the King’s Trust Global Gala, a star-studded charity event where she brushed shoulders with none other than King Charles.
When makeup artist Alex Rutkovskiy posted a breakdown of her look on Instagram, we couldn’t help but notice the domestic doyenne’s effortless lip combo: Matte Revolution Lipstick and Lip Cheat Liner, both in the iconic shade Pillow Talk.
The nude-pink shade is so universally beloved, the brand says one tube flies off the shelves every two minutes, making it the No. 1 best-selling luxury lipstick in the UK.
It’s formulated to flatter for women of every age and skin tone, and Tilbury herself says it’s the secret to “the most beautiful lips of your life.”
It seems several stars would agree, as Stewart just joined a long list of A-listers who can’t get enough of the shade.
Everyone from Meghan Markle to Britney Spears to Amal Clooney (to name just a few) has swiped it on over the years, and Paige DeSorbo loves Pillow Talk so much, she once declared it the “perfect color” on Amazon Live.
“It really is the best for my lips,” the “Giggly Squad” host said. “I feel like it looks good on every single girl.”
For her part, Stewart completed last night’s look with several other Tilbury favorites — including Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara, which the brand claims to last up to 28 hours.
The British brand is a longtime red carpet staple; along with Stewart, Nina Dobrev, Jasmine Tookes and Meghann Fahy also all prepped with for last night’s gala with Charlotte Tilbury products.
Just call it glam fit for (meeting) a king.
