Ving Rhames collapses in L.A. restaurant
“Mission: Impossible” star Ving Rhames collapsed while at a Los Angeles restaurant on Wednesday afternoon.
The actor, 66, was sitting down and eating with his family when the medical emergency occurred at 1:40 p.m. local time, a source told TMZ.
The fire department responded to a call regarding a man in his 60s and arrived at the scene to transport him to the hospital.
Rhames’ rep told the outlet that he may have just “overheated” and is in stable condition.
At the time of publication, it was reported that the “Pulp Fiction” star remains hospitalized for observation.
His rep wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Rhames is the father of a 26-year-old daughter, Reign, and a 24-year-old son, Freedom.
The “Locksmith” star shares his kids with his wife, Deborah Reed, with whom he wed in 2020.
He was also previously married to Valerie Scott from 1994 to 1999.
