Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Have a Blended Family: A Guide to Their Kids
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were both already parents before welcoming their first baby together.
The duo started dating in 2020 and quickly melded their lives together. While they’ve had some ups and downs in their relationship, ultimately splitting in November 2024, the former couple welcomed a daughter in March 2025. (Fox previously suffered a miscarriage before announcing her pregnancy in fall 2024.)
Fox welcomed kids Noah, Bodhi and Journey with ex-husband Brian Austin Green before expanding her brood with Kelly. (Fox and Green were married from 2010 to 2021.)
Kelly, for his part, welcomed a daughter named Casie in July 2009 with ex Emma Cannon.
