Michael B. Jordan Celebrates 2026 Oscars Win at In-N-Out Burger With Group of Screaming Fans
In a completely relatable move, Michael B. Jordan grabbed a burger after securing his big win at the 2026 Oscars.
Jordan, 39, was all smiles while being photographed holding his Academy Award at In-N-Out in Hollywood on Sunday, March 15. The actor was surrounded by fans, who were screaming to celebrate his win. He even posed for photos and videos with the establishment’s staff — and yes, he was holding the little gold statue.
One clip showed Jordan being served while sitting down in a booth. He even signed his receipt and several cardboard In-N-Out boxes after ordering.
After a pit stop for some food, Jordan opted for an outfit change and took his award to the annual Vanity Fair Oscar Party. He appeared to be in high spirits — and looked amazing in a brown suit — as he kissed his Oscar and posed for more photos.
Jordan won Best Actor in a Leading Role during Sunday’s award ceremony after playing twins Smoke and Stack in 2025’s Sinners.
“Man, God is good. Mama, what’s up? You know how I feel about my mother,” Jordan said during his acceptance speech. “Pops, where you at? My dad flew in from Ghana to be here. My brother and sister are here too.”
He thanked the film’s entire cast and crew, including director Ryan Coogler, who has become a frequent collaborator.
“I’m so honored to call you a collaborator and a friend, and you gave me the opportunity and space for me to be seen, and I love you, too, bro, love you to death,” he said.
He also shouted out costars Hailee Steinfeld, who skipped the awards ceremony, along with Delroy Lindo, Wunmi Mosaku, Miles Caton and more.
Jordan also thanked Black Oscar winners who “came before me” to win the award, including Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Jamie Foxx, Forest Whitaker and Will Smith.
Jordan’s win was somewhat of a surprise, as Timothée Chalamet was projected to take home the trophy for his role as Marty Mauser in Marty Supreme. Jordan beat Chalamet along with Leonardo DiCaprio, who was nominated for One Battle After Another, Ethan Hawke, who was nominated for Blue Moon, and Wagner Moura, who was nominated for The Secret Agent.
“Thank you everybody in this room and everybody at home for supporting me over my career. I feel it,” Jordan added. “I know you guys want me to do well, and I want to do that because you guys bet on me, so thank you for betting on me. And I’m going to keep stepping up, and I’m going to keep being the best version of myself I can be.”
