Police report uncovers new details in ‘Challenge’ star Tyler Duckworth’s death at 44
Page Six has uncovered heartbreaking new details regarding “Challenge” alum Tyler Duckworth’s death.
The 44-year-old’s body was “up against the door” in his bathroom when he was found on Aug. 11, according to the Grand Forks Police Department.
Duckworth’s neighbor had a difficult time reaching the deceased former reality star in his North Dakota apartment.
We previously reported that Duckworth was discovered after his downstairs neighbors complained of water coming through the ceiling.
The former MTV personality’s bathtub, notably, was overflowing.
While it is unclear exactly how long Duckworth’s body had been there, he was seen the previous day.
