‘RHOM’ star Larsa Pippen roasted for heavily filtered Instagram photo

Larsa Pippen got called out for looking unrecognizable in her latest Instagram pic.

The “Real Housewives of Miami” star, 52, shared a snap of herself posing in a skintight mini dress and black stilettos on Thursday. The reality star gave a confident stare to the camera, her long blond hair down in waves.

Behind her, a stunning view was visible, as well as a picturesque sunset. Pippen captioned the photo with a blue heart emoji.

But her followers were quick to call her out for the apparently heavily filtered photo.

“Has anyone seen Larsa? Who is this?” one comment with over 1,000 “likes” read.

“LarsAI Pippen 😂.” another user cracked.

More shady comments include, “Joined the Witness Protection Program I see” and “Girl which face are we on now?”

One follower marveled, “Why does she look so good here but nothing like this on the show.”

But Pippen isn’t letting the negativity get her down. Over the weekend she shared a video of her sporting a tiny leopard bikini on her Instagram Stories, as well as video of her showing off her body in a baby blue workout set while in the gym.

Last week, the mother of four posted glamorous snaps of herself enjoying a vacation on a yacht in St Tropez, France.

This isn’t the first time she’s faced questions about her appearance. Back in August 2025, the ex-wife of NBA legend Scottie Pippen addressed a viral photo of herself making it appear as if she “overfilled” her face — however, she said her swollen appearance was due to an allergic reaction.

“I just shot my [‘RHOM’] reunion a couple of days ago, so you’ll see what I look like at my reunion,” she said in a video posted on her Instagram Stories. “I did have PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma).”

“I did have an allergic reaction to the PRP, which I didn’t even know you can have, so my face is a bit swollen, but it doesn’t look like that, so keep on hating guys,” she added.

According to Penn Medicine, a PRP is a treatment that “uses a patient’s own blood platelets to promote healing and tissue repair.”
