Taylor Swift’s aunt gives intimate details from inside MSG wedding
Taylor Swift’s aunt Robin Gentry revealed how emotional things got inside the pop star and Travis Kelce’s Madison Square Garden wedding.
“They cried, and they laughed, and they danced, and they hugged, and they kissed,” she told LBC News of the newlyweds as she left the nuptials in an SUV.
Although Gentry remained tight-lipped for follow-up questions, she confirmed that there was “lots” of food at the soiree and the wedding cake was a hit.
The “Good Morning America” team also shared sweet details from the couple’s emotional vows.
George Stephanopoulos divulged to viewers Saturday morning that the bride and groom, both 36, had “little books” at the altar.
Additionally, on Friday night, Stephanopoulos described the vows as “real, vulnerable, serious and silly, deeply loving,” per an ABC News reporter.

His co-host Robin Roberts also gushed over the “really intimate” wedding during Saturday’s broadcast and praised the Grammy winner and the NFL star for bringing “their own vows.”
Swift and Kelce hosted a star-studded wedding celebration at the iconic New York City venue Friday night.
They tied the knot in front of more than 1,000 loved ones after getting legally married ahead of time, Page Six hears.
Just around 7:30 p.m. ET, MSG confirmed the news with pink digital screens around the venue that read, “JUST&T MARRIED!”
Swift’s longtime publicist, Tree Paine, who was at the wedding, subsequently confirmed the news to Page Six.
Her statement also revealed that the “Love Story” songstress walked down the aisle in a Christian Dior Haute Couture gown and Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony.
And in a sweet twist, the bride and groom chose to forgo a traditional bridal party to honor two special loved ones.
Instead, Swift’s brother, Austin, served as the singer’s “Man of Honor,” while Kelce’s brother and “New Heights” co-host, Jason, was the athlete’s “Best Man.”
Other famous guests in attendance included Selena Gomez, Miranda Lambert, Ed Sheeran, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, who partied until the wee hours of the morning.
