Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding plans revealed — and how they’ll ‘accommodate’ Taylor Swift
Plans about Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s alleged wedding have been revealed.
The “Only Murders in the Building” actress and the music producer will exchange vows in a star-studded ceremony this September in California, according to the Daily Mail.
“Selena and Benny’s wedding is going to be a two-day event in Montecito in September,” a source told the outlet.
The nuptials will reportedly only be attended by the couple’s close friends and family and invitations have already been mailed — including to Gomez’s longtime pal Taylor Swift and her NFL star boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
“Everyone invited has been asked to bring overnight bags to stay for the weekend,” the insider told the Daily Mail.
“Although it’s for friends and family only, many on the friends list are huge celebrities, including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Selena’s co-stars from ‘Only Murders In The Building,’ and music superstars who are Benny’s friends and some he’s also worked with.”
A second source told the outlet that a late summer wedding was “ideal” for the “Calm Down” singer, 32, and Blanco, 37, because the former’s schedule will get busy this fall and winter.
“Selena loves being engaged but she has been dreaming of being married forever,” the second insider told the Daily Mail.
“At the end of the year, it gets busy, not only for them, but also for everyone they want to attend.”
The pair has reportedly had trouble working around the “Bad Blood” singer’s demanding schedule.
However, a third source told Daily Mail: “Selena is not having her wedding to accommodate Taylor, but she wants her to attend and she would love for her to be able to go with Travis.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for both Gomez and Blanco but did not immediately hear back.
The Rare Beauty founder and Blanco announced their engagement in December 2024 after dating for over a year.
Earlier this month, the “Diamonds” producer shared that his and Gomez’s nuptials would be “chill” but “amazing.”
